Join the team at Collective Elevation — Montana’s most awarded cannabis company. We’re looking for a motivated, dependable budtender to join our Bozeman team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into the industry or bring existing cannabis retail experience to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

We’re looking for someone who is:
‍
- Available to work weekends
- Positive, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable handling cash and inventory accurately
- Teachable and excited to learn
- A strong communicator and team player
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
‍
Responsibilities include:
‍
- Helping customers and making product recommendations
- Handling sales and POS transactions
- Stocking and inventory management
- Packaging and labeling products compliantly
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
‍
Applicants must be 18+ and submit a resumé for consideration.
Preference given to applicants with a Montana marijuana worker permit.
