PACKAGER/TRIMMER

Are you a passionate hard working individual looking to learn new skills? Do you want to get your foot into the cannabis industry?

Requirements:
- Self motivated and can stay on task independently
- Must be able to follow direction
- Attention to detail to ensure quality control
- Takes initiative and demonstrates drive to continually improve
- Attention to compliancy laws
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time completing repetitive tasks

Job Description:
- Work in a team environment and independently
- Trimming cannabis
- Packaging and organizing products from various departments
- Maintaining a clean environment
- Helping around the farm with any tasks, including but not limited to: moving soil, organizing storage spaces, prepping new rounds of plants, cleaning and general farm maintenance.

budtender

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into the industry or bring existing cannabis retail experience to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Available to work weekends
- Positive, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable handling cash and inventory accurately
- Teachable and excited to learn
- A strong communicator and team player
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs

Responsibilities include:
‍
- Helping customers and making product recommendations
- Handling sales and POS transactions
- Stocking and inventory management
- Packaging and labeling products compliantly
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment

Preference given to applicants with a Montana marijuana worker permit.
