REQUIREMENTS

Cannabis Driver
Bozeman, MT

Collective Elevation is looking for a reliable driver to support operations by transporting products and supplies between our farm and dispensary locations.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Drive between our farm and dispensary locations using a company vehicle, transporting products and supplies in compliance with all state cannabis regulations. Maintain accurate logs and manifests, and follow all safety protocols.
This position has the potential to expand beyond transportation, with optional hours available in farm work, manufacturing, or as a part-time brand ambassador, representing our brands at events and dispensary pop-ups. Additional responsibilities will depend on your interests, skills, and experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Valid Montana driver’s license and clean driving record.
Punctual, organized, and a good communicator.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass a background check.
Experience in cannabis, delivery, or farm/warehouse work is a plus but not required.
Interest in cannabis cultivation, sustainability, or manufacturing is a plus.

We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our team trimming, packaging, harvesting, and assisting with essential roles at Montana’s most awarded cannabis company. Work with a great crew in a fun environment while gaining hands-on experience in the cannabis industry.
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to follow direction and complete tasks efficiently.
Attention to detail for quality control.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods performing repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Experience in cannabis or farm work is a plus but not required.
